Your own happy spot is yours alone and no one can steal it away without your permission. Knowing where and how to find peace in the midst of a busy day is very important. Some days will be crazy as leaping frogs in a spring's rain and others slow as pouring molasses out on a sidewalk during winter in Russia. How do you find your happy spot? Meditate and clear one spot and focus on the things that make you happy. Money and other trivial materialism should not be part of it at all. They fade fast into the pages of time. Once you have those thoughts jogging around your mind, focus on the ones that mean more than the others. Keep refining it until you have one that means the most and place it into your heart to reflect on during the day.

There comes a point in life where you can feel stuck. In general or in certain areas of your live. Financially, with your job, in your relationship. When we feel we have reached that point, we start to feel uncomfortable or bored. We need a new challenge... something exciting. In my last article I explained how the law of attraction works. So when you feel you are ready for something new... usually something will appear to you. It can be meeting new friends, a new job, a new relationship. Whatever catches your eye... you will be open for.

Let's say that you are a employee at a big company. You work inside a big office 5 days a week. You have your own desk, your own computer and you have to spend 1 hour of going trough traffic every day. You have a reasonable income, you have a good relationship and you own your own home. Nothing wrong with that! Sounds like a good life. Right?

But you can't help feeling there is something missing.You can not point your finger at it... but it feels like there is a empty space inside you. You try to ignore it, you try not to think about it. And as time passes... you will slowly lose this feeling. But after a few months this feeling comes back again... and it feels even stronger then before. You are not satisfied with your life. You need something to change... but what? You start to look for answers, you will Google sports, holidays, trips, lifestyle. Looking for things that will satisfy this feeling you have. But what you are actually doing is looking for a reason, a way to escape from the life you are in right now.

Often we use the internet to look for information about certain subjects... or to make contact with our friends or to find new ones. Social media is a great platform to use. You can reach the world and the world can reach you! This is also the home and world of entrepreneurs and network marketeers. They know like no other how to use this platform to connect and to market. It is not difficult to find a new opportunity or someone that will show one to you.

When this feeling happened to me... I did the exact same thing. I was looking for trips, holidays and weekend retreats to escape from this feeling. When I started to search for the real reason it brought me to ME. There was nothing wrong with my life... it was ME. But how do I change myself... and what do I have to change. I started to focus on the feeling that I had been having.Why do I feel empty or why do I feel there is something missing? It took me some time to figure this out... but I did. It was the feeling that I missed out on things in life because I did not live it to the fullest of my potential. Oke... let me repeat that again! I did not live my life to the fullest of my potential? So I have more potential then I have been using up till now? Wow!

As soon as I found out that this was causing this feeling it brought a whole new perspective. I started with analyzing my job. Is this the job that I want to do for the rest of my life? NO. Why isn't this the job that I want to do the rest of my life? Because I can do and be more then I am doing right now. Why am I still doing this job? Because it is easy, safe and secure. This made me realize that I was doing this in all areas of my life. It was not challenging anymore. With this new information I had the change to make different choices. And I decided to turn my life around.

Of course this is easier said then done... you are not going to quit your job just like that. But you can look for more ways and more possibilities to use your time in a more satisfying way. You can focus on a new future... and start making new choices that will satisfy the new you. When you start to think and act like this... you are open for new things and opportunities. My new opportunity came to me about 3 years ago. A family member introduced me to network marketing. I had never heard of it before and I decided to take a look at it. Because it was mentioned to me by a family member I trusted this to be something good... something of value.

When I first started out I thought it was an easy way to earn some extra money. But when I got more familiar with the concept, the company, the products, the people behind it like coaches and trainers, I discovered that this is a real job! Not a get rich quick thing!! I discovered that it would take true and honest hard work, learning how to communicate and talk to people, learning how to market yourself, your business and your products. It takes time to learn and master all the skills. But the most important thing I learned is mindset. You need to have the right mindset. With mindset I mean... learn how to think in a positive way and learn how to have enough self confidence. There comes a point where you will have to step out of your comfort zone. Why, because you will meet a lot of negative minded people, know it all people and people that will try to bring you down. Why... I really didn't know at first. But I slowly began to learn why.

I have had a lot of different jobs in my life. But I can honestly say that being in Network Marketing has taught me the most about myself. It is a great way to grow and develop yourself. Why, because you only get paid when you do something. You will only reach a certain income if you work for it. And working in Network Marketing means talking, communicating, market, be creative. It means taking yourself to a level where you can handle all kinds of people and be successful at it.

When I tried to tell my friends and family about my new opportunity the responses were from ''great'' to ''how dare you speak to me about that, it will ruin your life, it will bring you down" Wow! Why do people have such a negative reaction to something that was so positive and exciting to me?

I discovered that people fear what they don't know. They have the tendency to protect you and talk you out of it. Others are amazed that they did not hear about something like this themselves. And when they see that you are all fired up and excited about something they don't know about, they don't want you to do it either. They don't want you to succeed in something they are not a part of. Then we have people that can't stand the idea that you might be successful in anything, they are jealous and will do anything to talk you out of it. And the last group of people have heard about it from a cousin that has a neighbour that has a brother that heard of a friend that long ago joined a business just like mine... and told him that it didn't work.

Wow!

I quickly learned not to pay any attention to this kind of people, because it will lead to nothing and it will only waste your time and energy. I simply told them, oke so this is not the right time for you... or it isn't a fit for you right now... but maybe you'll like the products. I also learned where to find people that are interested and like to learn more about what it is your excited about. And that brings us back to the internet. Where people like you and me are looking for something new and exciting that will give their lives a more rewarding feeling.

So what it all comes down to... you change when you choose a different path for your life. You change and grow as a person... and not everybody is going to like that. A lot of people are not happy and satisfied. And when they see and hear the new and exciting you, it is like a mirror for themselves. By growing and learning... you show others that they are not happy and fulfilled with their own life. This is not your problem. You can tell and show them what you know. The rest is up to them. And many years later when they are still at the same point and not happy and satisfied, and they ask you how you did it? You can say... I tried to show you!

I have been in Network Marketing for 3 years now... and I feel so blessed to be in this profession. It gave me back myself. It gave me self respect, it gave me fulfillment in many ways. It taught me how to communicate, how to market, how to meet new people. And most of all it gave me a new future with bigger goals, bigger dreams and a unstoppable motivation to succeed and help other succeed too. There is not a profession in this whole world were you can grow this fast and create your own business, unlimited income and financial freedom with a residual income.

Faith is believing in something that you cannot see, taste, touch or hear. The whole idea evolves around intangible ideas. Faith can provide guidance in any business. Let's walk through the process.

There three primary tools to help you grow faith and they are an open mind, creative energy and a stout heart. The MLM business elements is not easy, but if you have a hungry and open mind to it. You can find solutions and methods for them. An open mind is like a notebook, you can outline your efforts and plans. If you believe in them, this means that you have faith. Faith leads to action

The next stop for us to discuss is how to find and cultivate creative energy. The MLM business requires energy, and not just physical but mental as well. Creative energy comes in different forms and amounts. Some people are super creative in the fine arts, while others are great in other ways. Thinking outside the cube can help with faith building. Your creativity can be fueled by determination and a stout heart. When you use creative energy to figure out a problem it also helps build confidence.

The strength of the heart is very important in an MLM business. If you get distracted easily, you may not find the right course for business. It will be touched but having a stout heart will help. So over the past couple of months, there's been a company that's been popping up everywhere on Social Media. The company is called World Global Network. Now if you're reading this, you're probably looking for information before becoming a distributor. If that's the case, look no further because in this WGN Review, I'm going to cover the essential details you'll need before joining. I'll go into the company and product but most of all I'll dive into the actual business opportunity. Now before proceeding, I want to disclose that I'm not a WGN distributor nor am I affiliated with them in any way. In fact, it really doesn't matter to me whether you join or not. This is important to know because you're not going to get a biased perspective from me. You're going to get a truly unbiased World Global Network Review.

So first things first, let's go into the company. Founded in 2011, WGN has been growing by leaps and bounds in markets outside of North America. From the information I've seen, it seems that Asia is probably the strongest market for the company. With that said, the company recently launched in the US. The company has 15 offices worldwide and operates in over 195 countries so there's truly a global opportunity should you decide to become a distributor. The company sells wearable technology through a Network Marketing business model. The wearable technology is called HELO and it's like Fitbit on steroids. It monitors steps like Fitbit but it also monitors blood pressure, heart rate, ECG/EKG, breath rate, emotions, fatigue, sleep quality and more. As a parent, I was most impressed with the SOS feature that allows one to hit a panic button on their HELO which will notify your loved ones that you're in trouble and send out your current GPS position. Imagine your kids wearing their HELO and being one buttons away from letting you know they need help. That's pretty cool! Another cool feature is Remote Monitoring which allows you to see vital signs of your loved ones that are wearing the technology. Overall, wearable technology seems to be picking up traction so joining a business that allows you to get in front of this global trend might be a good idea.

Now let's dive into the WGN compensation plan. There are actually several ways to make money but for simplicity I'll go into the 4 main ways that stuck out to me when I reviewed the information. The first way is the Fast Sales Bonus where you can earn a 10% commission on products you sell. The second way is Binary Commissions where you can earn up to 21% on your lesser volume leg. If you're not familiar with Binary Compensation Plans, you have to build a right team and a left team. Each week the company calculates the volume on both your teams and pays you commissions on your lesser volume leg. Make sure you review the official compensation plan document so you see what ranks you have to hit to earn higher percentages on Binary Commissions. For example, you have to be at the highest rank to earn 20%. The third way is Check Match. Based on your rank, you can earn between 1% and 10% Check Match on the Binary Commissions of distributors you have on your first 10 levels. If you're a strong recruiter and builder, a huge portion of your income can potentially come from Check Match. The fourth way I want to cover is the Millionaire Pool. When you hit President Millionaire you'll earn up to 1% on this pool. There's several other bonuses that are on the table including Car Bonus, Diamond Tour Bonus and Luxury Bonus. Make sure you review the compensation plan to get a full understanding if you're serious about joining.

Should you get started in World Global Network? Well... that's really up to you. It certainly looks like they are entering a phase of momentum and they are attracting solid leaders. Wearable technology is the wave of the future and the compensation plan is very lucrative. Just make sure you look for a good sponsor that has the ability and time to give you the training and support you need. With all that said, those things I mentioned will have little impact on your actual success as a distributor. Sure it helps to have a credible company, great product and solid compensation plan. But the reality is your success will depend heavily on your ability to generate leads for your business. If you have a steady flow of fresh leads, you'll have the ability to sponsor new reps into your team consistently over time. This is why I recommend Attraction Marketing. If you can brand yourself online and get leads online, and you follow a strong proven business system, there's no telling how prosperous your business can be.

HLE

"HLE" is a bit of a joke term, (or possible tongue in cheek could be a better label) coined in my Network Marketing Group - it stands for "Hens Lay Eggs" and is a take on the exponential growth theory - recruit two people, who recruit two, etc, and in six weeks you'll have 50,000 people sending you $250,000 - the false promise of MLM.

The MLM exponential growth chart makes sense mathematically but is flawed. Unfortunately the ordinary person can't see the flaw, so buy into it, and you get your 95% of people who do MLM and can't make it work. We all know the story.

The logic is the same as "Zeno's arrow", based on an ancient greek philosopher and mathematician who precedes Archimedes and Pythagoras. Or in the famous "missing pound" logic problem. More on these in future issues.

But here is the HLE analogy explained:

A hen lays six eggs. If the chicks grow up to be hens they also lay eggs and the hen becomes a "grandmother". There is no guarantee that all 6 chicks will lay 6 eggs, etc. Also there's nothing to stop the hen laying another batch of eggs, maybe six, maybe 5 or 8. It's not set or guaranteed.

Also there is no guarantee that the eggs will hatch into chicks - "don't count your chickens before they hatch" after all. In this sense, an egg is a prospect, a chick is an affiliate who has signed up. Whether that chick now grows into a hen and lays their own eggs is the next issue. And a lot of that is down to how you - the mentor - or "Mother Hen" - help them develop in their early days, months, even years.

So it is with network marketing, MLM, EMM - whatever you want to call it - we call it "HLE". As Shakespeare said "a rose by any other name will still give you hay fever", or to quote Bruce Lee "it's just a name don't fuss over it"

The same goes for EMM - Exact Method Marketing - the McDonalds formula example (more on that later).

So what I now do is lead with FREE affiliate programs, the best of which is the SFI scheme with their free online VStore. This means no signup fees, no upgrade fees, no forcing the distributors to buy inventory. The money is ONLY made from the sale of the product and money is ONLY made by helping your downline make sales.

When someone joins under me they HAVE to sell the products and I HAVE to help them, I can't just sell them the opportunity as they do in so many companies that are DESIGNED to take advantage of the fact that the new affiliate won't be able to make any sales or recruit any downline. THESE schemes don't need them to - they have made the money from selling them the opportunity - the startup fee, upgrade fee, and they sell product to the distribrutor who "must stock inventory" - they don't ever expect him to be able to sell it on - they don't need him to.

HLE, taken literally, is more "viral". It's like when someone sends you a joke on email, if you look, each "level" has dozens of different names the joke has been spidered out to.

That is "viral", and that is how you pass on the products and opportunity. It spreads like a virus - person to person - which is how network marketing is supposed to work. No spam, no sticking people on autoresponders - no junk mail.
